  I have only nice things to say about Philip Webb, always there from day 1 of my lease and when I needed maintenance. Amy Cox is so professional. She was on time for the inspection, and also she was so willing to help me with a personal issue, although I’m sure she’s busy. I appreciated it a lot.

  We previously rented through Phillip Webb at 2 different properties. At all times we found them very helpful, professional and generally just lovely to deal with!!! This week I had to reach out and get a reference from them and even after 5 years of me not being one of their tenants, they couldn’t do enough to help and provide us with what we needed. They dug through archives, returned all our calls and sent written confirmation to us and third parties. Seriously over and beyond!!! Special shout out to Dane Seeley, Team Leader Business Development for making everything so easy, following up and caring about an old tenant, he is amazing at his job. Thank you!! We wouldn’t have ANY hesitation recommending Phillip Webb for any property needs you may have and we look forward to dealing with them again!

I have received exceptional service from Sarah Doyle, commercial property manager..and l must say l have never met a more dedicated worker. Definitely recommend to all my friends.
