  4th And before the date I should leave the hospital, one midwife kindly recommend me stay one more day according to my situation, and then another midwife came to my room in the midnight without introducing herself, just told me that you can't stay! Made me so confused!

  5th Last date I was insisting to leave, they made me feel I was staying there for nothing! But at the end I was still staying! Because they said my medicine was not ready yet! And asked my husband to come back tomorrow to pick up, she said we live very close! If no traffic, it takes 20 minutes! Return takes 40 minutes! Normally, we travel to the hospital for almost half an hour. What makes you think it is close! So I decide stay one more day. Then! On Monday! The rule is check out before 9:30, they kept asking us to pay first before getting medicine to me, but the thing was the paper for the payment was even not ready yet! And we finally checked out at 11!

  The last 12 months l myself and my daughter have had to have 5 stays in this hospital. After 2 operations at another local large private hospital l can honestly stand by my 5 stars. The staff, nurses and doctors show nothing but understanding and kindness at all times. If l ever need another surgeon in the future, the first question l would ask is that l can be treated at this hospital.

  Beside above terrible experience, there are many inconvenience but tolerable issues. For example it takes hours to find a parking space.

  1st. Before moving in, one staff called me to confirm my information, was wrong, and I corrected it, and when I checked in, it was still incorrect, funny thing was when they called in, it was incorrect month or date, I couldn't record, but when checked in, it was incorrect year! And it took one hour for them to correct, me and my husband just sit there fot an hour!

  There's multiple things about this hospital that are either bothersome, quirky or just indescribable. The front reception area is open and busy, not private. They've outgrown the site, it's immediately known when you try to park, if you can find parking. It needs to be demolished and rebuilt, yet all of this cannot beat the great service provided by the staff.

  2nd. Same midwife has put seven times anti bio on me, while I was suffering labor pains, finally the seventh time worked! Suppose if fails two times, they should change another person to do it!

  My family (2 adults and 1 baby) had been allocated to an extremely tiny matannity room which is just 5 to 6 squaremeter for 3 nights. Beside the single hospital bed in the middle of the room for my wife, there is barely a space for anyone else to tune around.Since there is no extra bed for me to sleep. I had to asked for a matress from front desk so I can sleep on the floor.

  I had a great experience with the maternity ward! The labour nurses were amazing, and my second room was huge (first night had a super tiny room. They had great lactation consultant even at night and I could even tell the nurses to hold guests for when I needed to be solely with bubs. Their after support was great also. I just wish the beds were more comfy, and parking more available but no big deals!

  I have been waked up rudely by a midwife after a long day and night. She came into our room in the early morning just to wake me up and ask me to give matress to others immediately. I was so shocked and cannot believe this is happen to me.

  3rd every woman who has experienced labor birth knows the pain made you keeps going to toilet, 7am I was stucking in the toilet, one midwife kept calling my name, even I was in the toilet and told her to wait, she was still calling. When I went out, she said I was giving wrong personal detail over the phone! I was too pain to argue the first point to her, and I didn't think it was a good idea to argue this at that point as a midwife!
