    I went in to buy some flashes and asked for 2 unopened units. Upon being presented them, one was already open. When I asked for another one they put on a theatrical and took it away and got another. Before they did I noted the serial number. When the sales agent returned with the 'unopened' one it was exactly the same unit with the same serial number.
