  Went to Mitcham store to collect a product. Uncaring and rude. We live in the country and my young son was busting to go to the loo by the time we arrived. The store was empty and there were two staff members present. I asked if he could quickly use their toilet and she refused-making up a lame excuse about there being boxes and so on. She then suggested to use the toilet in the Hyundai service centre across the main road. Not appropriate and very poor customer service:( There are no public toilets around so I was not impressed. Go to Blackburn store instead- friendly and accomodating there.

  If it could be a 0 I would give it ..... Absolutely atrocious aftercare customer service, I spent over $4500 on a sofa, they were tripping over theirselves for the sale and when I rang day after delivery I dealt with someone call Mel - seriously needs to go on a customer care course, so rude and unhelpful and basically said 'tough' with regards to my issue

  Not a pleasant shopping experience, the place is to small, furniture on a display is all over the place, not categorised. All in all, not recommended

  Love the products, their sales are usually pretty good. Staff are terrible. Every.single.time. No hello, no aknowlegement, no asking if you need help. Last time I was there 2 staff were having what looked and sounded like a debate of some debacle with another staff member right in front of me.!!not cool. The staff need to lift their game.
